My wife and I ordered the #1 combo bacon double cheeseburger. The burgers were good and the fries were fresh and tasty. Then for desert i got the drumstick blizzard she had oreo blizzard. Service was great, didn't have to wait very long.

My Jr. Bacon Burger didn't come out with the bacon. The picture shows how they fixed it. Fries were cold. Staff is young.

Horrible experience!!! Speaker was out at drive through. Two cars left in front of me so I drove up to window to place my order. Ordered a mini blizzard and asked for lots of M and M's as lately there have been very few. Young girl came to window and rudely told me the car behind me had placed their order first. I explained the speaker was out and that my order had been taken. She immediately started chewing the young man out who took my order and then went to register, got my change and literally threw it in my hand, loosing half of it on the ground! Service here has progressively gotten worse. Make a change in management!!!!!

My wife and I stopped there this Saturday with a couple in front of us and another one waiting on their food. We could not believe the chaos and lack of leadership that day. The lady pretending to be the one in charge was way out of her league. We ended up just walking out if she would have just let the others do their jobs and do her own it would have run a lot smoother. I don't think we will be going back until they have a better leadership team.

Ordered a cake, they didn't have it and the lady at the register was very rude about it. It was so hot and feeled unclean. Will not go there again.

Food is rarely right IF they even have what I want in stock and if by chance it happens to be correct then it's certain to be old and gross or just sloppily thrown together!

Management has greatly improved since the last time I visited! I just wished they would renovate and fix the pot hole filled entries.. then I'll give it a 5 star

Still haven’t been able to get ice cream 5 different times, just thought they always sponsor and everything else but told me they can’t serve, I might just stop going completely for now on

I reviewed this place 8 months ago and it was a good review but coming here today is a totally different story. The girl who took our order was not only rude and very unpersonable. She had hickies all over her neck and when I asked for ranch she told me they were out and I said "figures" and she responded with "you can tell our night crew to make it". I let her know that was the managers job. Then we got our food and in one of the burgers was a long bright red hair in it. The employees were yelling at each other back and forth about things needed done but it was so loud it was unpleasant for customers. The whole experience was just awful.
