5 Best grocery store in Eugene, Oregon (OR) 2024

I don't know if I would call this a grocery store. It's a beer and snacks and cigarettes store. That being said, I went in last week and looked at all of the many coolers full of cold beer and asked if I was missing the non-alcoholic beer section. The person behind the counter told me that they have lots of varieties, but they don't have any non-alcoholic beer, as if NA beer is just a flavor they don't carry. But I can get a bong or my nitrous cartridges if I was still into that! HillTop would do well to recognize that there's a whole bunch of sober people in the world who might want to buy a six pack of cold non-alcoholic beer on a 98 degree day. I really wanted to support a local business but it wasn't an option. ~alexa

It's a clean store with lots of items bigger grocery chains lack. They have a great deli and bakery but with high quality comes at a high price. I would say this is a yuppie type store with somewhat stuck up shoppers. Their sushi is probably the best that you can find at a grocery store. ~David

There is a huge selection of a variety of foods from fresh fruits and veggies to frozen meals and even some home goods. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I liked it a lot and I definitely plan to return ~Daniel

The service was friendly and respectful. Their bananas are unremarkablely healthy in appearance and make a tasty early morning treat. ~Christy

Clean store. The staff was nice, seem to be well stocked. It is easy to get in and out of even though it's on River road ~Heather
