Thank goodness I went on a day that was not crowded so my visit was very nice for the most part. they had it all decorated for Halloween behind the counter which was very appealing and welcoming. the guy at the door when you first enter was very kind and made it a point to make you feel welcome and answered my questions and etc. however, the lady that called my number behind the counter was the complete opposite. She was very unpleasant and straight up rude. went on to accuse me of breaking the law simply because I haven’t changed my drivers license over to Oregon yet didn’t bother to say hello or even look at me and I tried to explain, I did already speak to someone at the DMV and in my situation and it was going to take some time to get my drivers license she cut me off several times and to say, they told you to break the law? They told you to break the law, they shouldn’t have told you to break the law? So she was very rude and very unpleasant. At the end I had all my stuff still spread out on the counter and was in the process of putting it back in my purse she called the next guy up. I still had my personal information on the counter though and when the guy hesitated to approach the for obvious reasons she called him up again and told him to come on up to the counter so he stood off to the side, obviously uncomfortable over the situation, while I gathered up the last of my items and walked away. On the way out I mentioned this to the first guy asking how can he be so pleasant while working alongside someone so absolutely unpleasant? And he asked if I would like to leave a comment card? At which point I said I’d rather speak to your manager if one is available. So the manager came out to speak with me she was very understanding and very kind as well and allowed me to go through what had taken place without cutting me off or being rude (as the other lady was). she apologized for the Representative and assured me that She would have a discussion with her. The first guy also made a comment that customers continuously have a problem with that worker unfortunately. But the actions of the manager and the environment and the first representative compelled me to leave four stars rather than the one star I was tempted to leave on this review due to the poor actions of one person. And by the way the office was not busy at all so it wasn’t just that they were swamped. To clarify the employee in the picture at the right side of the counter is not the employee that was being rude. The one that was being rude would not even stand up so you couldn’t even see her behind the desk or her computer until you were right in front of her. And she was on the far left. She should not be working in a customer service job. ~ZoeChloe
