Great variety of shoes, would have gave a 5 star but wide width selection of shoe was slim, staff was very helpful and attentive, searched other areas to find me shoes I was looking for. Thank you! Need to increase stock on wide width shoes.

It's sad to say but the Woodburn mall has very little to attract customers. covid has destroyed that mall new balance shoes has been destroyed also they don't have any inventory I couldn't buy wide work shoes there I always bought my shoes there they didn't have any my size

Pretty upset that I drove an hour through traffic to get here only to find out that this is the only day they close early and it’s not updated on maps. I was excited to get some new nursing shoes but now I guess I’ll have to wait awhile 😢 please update your hours so people don’t arrive so disappointed like I had to.

I will NEVER shop here again!!! The manager was completely useless and very rude. I have a pair of shoes that I have worn 4 times. There is something wrong with the seam on top and it caused a blood vessel to swell and burst on the top of my foot. I took the shoe back to return it and he would not listen to my case or do anything for me. I now have a pair of shoes I cannot wear and am out the money I paid for them. He was the WORST customer service person I have ever dealt with. I normally have no problem with customer service. This was my first, and last, time to shop here. I also never leave negative reviews. This is a first.

Love the store and the prices. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was able to take full advantage of the sale going on. Nice selection of shoes in all sizes and a variety of clothing options to choose from, will definitely be back again

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE!!! After 90 days of wearing my shoes they basically broke. I went in to see what they could do for me. They said there was nothing they could do and referred me to there customer service number. Called them and they were very upfront that they could not exchange or refund my money. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear and can't get my money back or exchange. So avoid this place, because if anything happens to your shoes you're screwed. FAIR WARNING.
