They replaced my chrome valve stem cap with a rubber one as always. This happens EVERY time... If you buy custom valve stem caps, take them off before you leave your car... You will never get them back 😎 but the people at the counter are pretty nice...

Not the same Les Schwab that encouraged me to buy all my tires there. Les Schwab has new owners, it amazes me how much difference one man can make in all those stores. I don't think Les Schwab will return to its past glory, but they are still pretty good.

Got in fast for a rear brake job. Spoke to the tech and said I definitely wanted to make sure the parking brake was dialed per spec. Got the call they were all done. Dude either forget or didn’t care. Brake was buried to the floor and at idle the truck rolled forward. So I sat and waited and watched. Paraphrase of the situation: an all rookie crew of kids bobbling around. So would skip this Schwab and try the one in silverton or something.

They charged me $20 just to dismount 2 ATV tires. It only took the guy like 2 minutes so this seems like a rip-off to me. And to make it worse the people are not particularly nice or helpful. Just go somewhere else for your tires. I think discount tire is way better overall.

I’ve had good and bad experiences with them! The bad I went in for tire alignment question and they said fifteen hundred dollars to go on the machine! It ended up being the tire pressure! They keep good records and do breaks with a warranty!

We broke down and had to be towed lastnight. We went to Woodburn Les Schwab first thing this morning (before they opened) we were welcomed in the parking lot and received wonderful service and back on the road in no time! Thank you!!

Update 6-24-22 Because this location can't seem to ever do what a customer request I will never return to this location. And in case your interested in the particulars. Earlier this week I had this location do a road force balance on my 2 driver side tires. I was told that the front one was out of range but they tried to get it as close as possible. After driving the truck I decided I wanted to replace the tire. Being the truck back I asked they verify that it was the front one (not rear) and replace. They decided to check all 4 (Knowing that I had already had the 2 on the passenger side check a month prior and those both check out good) this was not what I asked for. They then replaced the front right tire. Took the truck for a drive, STILL HAVE THE SAME VIBRATION FROM THE FRONT LEFT TIRE I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE. My only complaint is when getting an alignment they will not deviate from oem spec no matter how many time you ask them to and they say they can and will... In the end they won't. Not sure if it's a lack of inner communication or incompetence. But I'll have to take my truck elsewhere to get it done right. Joe, while your response might explain why in the end I won't be able to get a non oem spec alignment. The fact that even your managers told me that they could/would if I provided the info show a complete lack of communication, knowledge and training. And for the record after seeing your response, no, I will not be coming back for any alignment service by les Schwab because you leave no option to do what the customer requested.

I went in to get new tires and they let me know they were going to be a bit late on appointments, this was not an issue for me however, after arriving at 11:30 am It wasn’t until 2pm that they started work, annoying but again this was no big deal. When I went to drive my car home it stalled almost 10 times just going down to Safeway. After pulling over I noticed that my AIC hose was left off, causing my engine to stall and potentially causing damage to my engine, idk how they could do this while just replacing tires but I will not be going back to this location.

I just left this location after having a bad day that just seemed to be getting worse and couldn’t believe the excellent service and kindness I was treated with! My day went from being terrible to great because of their employee Dylan! He took great care of everything I needed and was so polite and caring! I just wanted to say thank you to him and this Les Schwab for up holding the values that this company came up from! 10/10 recommend this location!
