I have a Chevy Tahoe and my Hybrid battery needed to be replaced. I called Sam’s Auto because the Manager at a local auto parts store said he is the BEST mechanic in the area and works on hybrid vehicles. Sam and his ENTIRE STAFF are true professionals and know exactly what needs to be done on your vehicle. Customer service and expert mechanics are important to me, especially when it is a major repair and Sam’s Auto is second to none on both points. Not only do they have the BEST service in Lancaster county, they actually understand and care about the customer. The team SAVED me THOUSANDS of dollars. Awesome! My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles and we found EVERYONE to be friendly, helpful and honest. I have to say I was skeptical about a buy here, pay here car dealer but once we met the staff, test drove the cars I was quite impressed.
