I flew in from Minnesota to look at a jeep Cherokee SRT eight they had for sale told me it was super clean and very nice I get there and it seem to be in an accident and repairs were done but they kept denying it but I kept pointing out things that would come from an accident I also Dead Carfax on it came back clean so that’s telling me they bought this car and never reported the accident which made the Carfax report look good I would not trust this place at all I spent $1300 on plane tickets to come see a pile of junk

Let me start by saying, I am an experienced mechanic and work at a shop that's a similar size. I was involved in a pretty minor accident right on the highway outside this shop. Someone hit me changing lanes, and it caused minimal damage to my car. It drove straight, and had no mechanical issues. I was planning on driving it back home, until the local police officer informed me that they have a deal with Glick's, and every accident that they arrive to- all vehicles involved need to be towed to Glick's. I was very unhappy, because my car was clearly not totaled, and really just needs a fender. Not a big deal at all. To keep from creating a stink, I reluctantly agreed to have it towed less than a mile to Glick's. The car arrived at the shop on a Friday afternoon. I waited till Saturday to hear from them. I called, and turns out they are closed on weekends. Monday came, and in the evening, I received a call from my insurance stating that I could pick the car up. Showed up with a trailer at 9 am on Tuesday. The holding fee was 575 dollars! 575! I did not consent to my own vehicle going to this shop. I was not allowed to pick it up over the weekend. I was never notified of holding fees per day. Turns out, they also only take cash. Icing on the cake. They charged for for a full day on Tuesday as well, even though it was out of their lot by 9:30. Unreal. Very disappointed. This is a local government and county fueled scam. Turns out, the car isn't totaled. There was no reason to have it towed away. I will be submitting the outrageous bill for 2 week days and a .7 mile tow to the local police station. 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

My family has used Glick’s for a ton of different services. Towing, body work, maintenance, and mechanical work—everything was completed in a timely fashion and with no issue! The owner gave us a fair price for the work done and communicated with us if any issues came up. Great small business that works hard to make their customers happy! Services: Transmission, Painting, Brakes, Exhaust, Body & Trim, Oil change, Tires

Believe me when I say cash is king in a small family owned business. Great body work. Services: Brakes, Body & Trim, Battery, Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I got rear-ended and this was the tow shop that the police were contracted with so they came out. The only reason this review is a 2 star is because they really did well cleaning up the scene, however, everything else was terrible. First of all, they back up and it our car off of a stop sign while it was on the back of the truck. Then, a few days later we got a call from our insurance that they were missing our license plate and the panel it was on (this piece was on the tow truck and we had a photo to prove it). My husband and I ended up having to trace the path from the scent of the accident to the tow company location looking for the piece of the car and found that a whole panel of the back of the car had come off of the truck and landed in a field. (HOW DO YOU NOT NOTICE THAT WHILE DRIVING?!) I appreciate their quick service at the accident scene, but they caused my husband and I more headaches with hitting the stop sign with our car on the truck and sending us on a wild goose chase to get our license plate back. NOTE: I see the reply that they claim they did not hit the stop sign with our vehicle - we had 6 people witness this incident.

Towing Service - driver had a poor attitude towards serious accident victim (husband, pregnant wife & 2 yr old), would not let them take their car to there choice of body shop for repairs, price for towing was extremely high($350.00) & even wanted to charge a cleanup fee($100.00), now the family has to pay even more fees to get there car towed from impound lot to another body shop. Stay away from this place, obviously in the towing business to screw people over

Glick’s was amazing and professional on a less than desirable day. He came out in a snow storm and pulled our car up from a ditch to get us back on the road. Highly recommend this great and very professional company.
