Best diamond dealer in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Yesterday I visited here it was my first time ever.... It was an exceptional visit.... I was very pleased with how both Angela & Hector explained to me how things go..... They were more than fair they were very respectful, kind, and helped me out of a very precarious situation! Thanks to them I was able to cover my bill.... Plus, they have a beautiful selection of jewelry! Plus, Angela gave me spot on directions on how to get home ( not familiar with the area)... They have excellent reviews & I like that they respond to their customers.... That's a rarity in this day & age.... Would definitely sell again or pawn with them! Thank you so very much..... This Kay jewelers is WAY better than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall. When I went in I was immediately greeted and the worker, Natalia, showed me everything I wanted to see, let me try it on (then sanitized of course), and helped me put together a wish list of some things I was thinking about getting for my birthday. I had such a great experience here. When I went to the mall they didn't greet me, wouldn't let me try on anything because of "covid" (which was dumb because the other Kay DID let me try stuff on), and no one assisted me. It was like night and day between the 2 Kay jewelers. Long story short: if you're going to Kay Jewelers, go to the one on Airport road and NOT the Lehigh Valley mall. ~Abby
