Best jeweler in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This Kay jewelers is WAY better than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall. When I went in I was immediately greeted and the worker, Natalia, showed me everything I wanted to see, let me try it on (then sanitized of course), and helped me put together a wish list of some things I was thinking about getting for my birthday. I had such a great experience here. When I went to the mall they didn't greet me, wouldn't let me try on anything because of "covid" (which was dumb because the other Kay DID let me try stuff on), and no one assisted me. It was like night and day between the 2 Kay jewelers. Long story short: if you're going to Kay Jewelers, go to the one on Airport road and NOT the Lehigh Valley mall. ~Abby

Superb customer service. My Mom recently passed away and I wanted to reset her engagement stone, my original engagement stone and a new stone into a new ring for our 35th wedding anniversary. They created a beautiful new piece and the turnaround time was excellent. Additionally, they patiently went through a lot of old jewelry and advised me on the melt down value of a few broken and/or unwanted pieces. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Redd did an amazing job. I was looking for something very specific and ended up finding a setting I liked at a retailer, but they didn’t offer the center stone in the type and size I was looking for. Met with Redd who said, “no problem we can do it”. Was told it would take about two weeks and I got the call it was ready in half that time.
