WOW! I can’t say enough good things about Redd and Co. My husband needed a wedding band and I needed my engagement ring as well as a ring that was gifted from my mother-in-law resized with only 3 days to spare until our wedding and Redd made it happen no problem!! And my husband’s wedding band is absolutely perfect. The entire experience with them was so stress free and my husband and I can’t say enough good things about them. This is the only place in the valley you should be going for your jewelry needs!

I cannot leave a good enough review for Redd and his staff. In my opinion, they epitomize the definition of hospitality. With more than reasonable prices, Redd has personally dealt with me on multiple occasions to select the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands as well as immediate attention to a manufacturing defect which was replaced promptly. The timing on orders is always unbelievably fast and they are just all around good people who care (which is a rarity in businesses today). They have my jewelry business for life. Redd did an amazing job. I was looking for something very specific and ended up finding a setting I liked at a retailer, but they didn’t offer the center stone in the type and size I was looking for. Met with Redd who said, “no problem we can do it”. Was told it would take about two weeks and I got the call it was ready in half that time. They were great about working with my budget and were very affordable. Everything exceeded my expectations, I absolutely love it. Thank you!

Redd and his entire staff are all really nice, down to earth, professional, courteous, accomodating, and reasonably priced, especially if compared to what you would pay in NJ or NY! We drive out to PA, from NJ to get my wife's rings cleaned and rhodium plated. Redd always does a spectacular job! Highly recommended. A+++++

My experience here could not have been better. From the second I walked through the door, Redd took care of me and addressed my every concern. My girlfriend's family graciously gave me their grandmothers ring to use for our engagement. Naturally, I was very particular as I felt it my duty to not only pay homage to the original ring which her grandmother wore for decades but also to honor my future wife with a ring she loves. Redd was way ahead of me. He performed a verbal and written appraisal, let me view everything under the 10x microscope, and explained what he was looking at/for. He even took the original band used for the grandmother's ring and turned it into a wedding band as an heirloom. It didn't stop there either. Redd gave me his personal phone number and was frequently in touch with me during the production and shipping process, which went off without a hitch. You would be VERY hard pressed to find a better establishment to trust with your jewelry.
