Superb customer service. My Mom recently passed away and I wanted to reset her engagement stone, my original engagement stone and a new stone into a new ring for our 35th wedding anniversary. They created a beautiful new piece and the turnaround time was excellent. Additionally, they patiently went through a lot of old jewelry and advised me on the melt down value of a few broken and/or unwanted pieces. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I had a terrific experience at Timothy Zaveri Jewelry! I was recommended to go here by a friend for an engagement ring and I am so happy that I did. Harsh sat down with me and listened to me explain what my fiancée was looking for. After showing me a few other designs, he was able to come up with the perfect custom image of exactly what I was looking for. He also helped me pick out the perfect diamond in my price range. Tim then put the diamond and ring together and even resized it after the proposal. My fiancée is in love with the ring. I will happily return for any future jewelry needs!
