Best silversmith in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This Kay jewelers is WAY better than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall. When I went in I was immediately greeted and the worker, Natalia, showed me everything I wanted to see, let me try it on (then sanitized of course), and helped me put together a wish list of some things I was thinking about getting for my birthday. I had such a great experience here. When I went to the mall they didn't greet me, wouldn't let me try on anything because of "covid" (which was dumb because the other Kay DID let me try stuff on), and no one assisted me. It was like night and day between the 2 Kay jewelers. Long story short: if you're going to Kay Jewelers, go to the one on Airport road and NOT the Lehigh Valley mall. ~Abby
