Best car rental agency in Erie, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I wouldn't have given 1 star but had to just to get to comments. Must have had same guy. Rude. Went 7 days early to confirm online order car and price through State Farm. Not friendly and very curt. Wouldn't deliver per contract ( change website ) but told me to leave at collision place ? Then the best of all he jammed us into a Nissan Kicks not a Rogue. Said I'll call you at 5 we'll swap it. 4 days l as ter no swap. Told me he'd email receipt, never did. Done with Hertz ~Ken
