Best wallpaper store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Terrible retail experience. I walked into this location around 3pm to buy a few gallons of paint and paint supplies. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars at Sherwin-Williams to paint out entire house interior walls, cabinets, trim, doors, and stain out decks out back. The deck stain alone was over $500 not including supplies. I walked into an empty store and waited for someone to come out from the back. As the employee was beginning to look up my previous purchases to match the paint, another man came in. The employee greeted him and upon learning he was there to pickup paint for a business left me standing at the register to retrieve the other man’s order. He did not as me to wait or ask if it was okay. It was not a simple purchase. He proceeded to assist the other man answering questions as I walked about the store. I left after waiting several minutes listening to their conversation. I will not return. For some reason the employee was afraid to make a business customer wait a few minutes while he assisted me but was willing to abandon assisting me and let me leave. This is apparently a store for business customers and not regular consumers who just want quality paint. I certainly won’t waste my time driving past other stores to visit a Sherwin-Williams and neither should you. There are way too many options to treat customers this poorly. ~Nicholas
