Terrible retail experience. I walked into this location around 3pm to buy a few gallons of paint and paint supplies. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars at Sherwin-Williams to paint out entire house interior walls, cabinets, trim, doors, and stain out decks out back. The deck stain alone was over $500 not including supplies. I walked into an empty store and waited for someone to come out from the back. As the employee was beginning to look up my previous purchases to match the paint, another man came in. The employee greeted him and upon learning he was there to pickup paint for a business left me standing at the register to retrieve the other man’s order. He did not as me to wait or ask if it was okay. It was not a simple purchase. He proceeded to assist the other man answering questions as I walked about the store. I left after waiting several minutes listening to their conversation. I will not return. For some reason the employee was afraid to make a business customer wait a few minutes while he assisted me but was willing to abandon assisting me and let me leave. This is apparently a store for business customers and not regular consumers who just want quality paint. I certainly won’t waste my time driving past other stores to visit a Sherwin-Williams and neither should you. There are way too many options to treat customers this poorly.

Good employees and a quality product. We needed paint for a front door and they did a very good job color matching the new shutters we had brought into the store.

Stopped I tonight to pick up paint supplies. As always, received excellent service from Blair, and always with a smile. She seems to always go out of her way to help. She always seems to be there when I stop in. Maybe it's me, but I wish she had a weekend off to enjoy to her self.

Kendall is Super knowledgable and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you get what you need. Hard to find people that care about their job anymore as much as she does. Great Job!

I have used Sherwin-Williams products since I was a boy in the 1960's. Their products always perform well and there is never a question that they support customer satisfaction. When I moved to Lancaster 9 years ago, I started using the Columbia Avenue store and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for all my painting needs.

this is good quality paint. I got some for my son to use and he said it spread smooth and didn't leave brush marks like other brands of latex paint.
