I loved the selection of unique furniture in the home goods section! I also found many yummy vegan snacks. The line is busy during the day and early evening, so I recommend a later trip. No wait at our 8:45p checkout today! ~Caroline

Newest addition to this area - grand opened in the first week of Nov 2021. I've actually never been to one since it dropped the "Coat Factory" from its name. Well really the only Burlington I've been to was the very one in, ahem, Burlington NJ. I visited this newest one upon the urge of wifey who touted it as having great deals. The parking lot - wow was it packed! Nothing like when it was Kmart or even Stein Mart! Exterior appeared quite respectable. As soon as I entered, however, the impression dropped a couple of notches. How do I describe it. The floor wasn't tiled, the lighting was meh, and the bulk of the floor space was occupied by rolling racks. It did carry a wide range of merchandise, and the prices were indeed very cheap and affordable. It felt like a slightly bigger Ross / TJ Maxx, but cheaper and dumpier. So it was a bit of mixed feeling. I mean, $12.99 for a pair of American Eagle khaki pants and $3.99 for a kitchen mesh strainer. Yes, I would come back for bargain hunting but not for the shopping experience. Added a star for values. ~Fifty2weekhi

We ordered 100 Christmas card photos in the store. We waited and waited for over 10 minutes to speak with an associate about them, after pressing the call associate button 4 times. Then we had to wait 2 hours till we got them. Then we got them and they were all cut completely printed and cut crooked. The associate didn't even tell us they were. My wife opened the envelope to look at them and told the associate they were all crooked and he acted like he didn't know they were. He blamed it on the machine and said he checked the machine and it was fine. For the price we were paying for 100 of them, they were only willing to give us a 10% discount. Unacceptable. So we pressed and got 20% and still paid over 60 bucks for them. So now we have to re-cut them ourselves to try and straighten them out so they look decent. Needless to say we WON'T be getting pictures from here again and WON'T recommend going here for anyone looking to print photos. ~Bradley
