Smaller version of east shore department but very well organized with lots to choose from. Went @ 8am when opened & I was the only one there at that time. Employees were very kind with assisting me. Very clean!

Fun store. Lots of stock. Good prices. Bought a Betsey Johnson purse reduced to $9.00 and a Gemini necklace for a friend. Worth checking out.

Great prices, a bit light on merchandise...a sure sign of the times.

Newest addition to this area - grand opened in the first week of Nov 2021. I've actually never been to one since it dropped the "Coat Factory" from its name. Well really the only Burlington I've been to was the very one in, ahem, Burlington NJ. I visited this newest one upon the urge of wifey who touted it as having great deals. The parking lot - wow was it packed! Nothing like when it was Kmart or even Stein Mart! Exterior appeared quite respectable. As soon as I entered, however, the impression dropped a couple of notches. How do I describe it. The floor wasn't tiled, the lighting was meh, and the bulk of the floor space was occupied by rolling racks. It did carry a wide range of merchandise, and the prices were indeed very cheap and affordable. It felt like a slightly bigger Ross / TJ Maxx, but cheaper and dumpier. So it was a bit of mixed feeling. I mean, $12.99 for a pair of American Eagle khaki pants and $3.99 for a kitchen mesh strainer. Yes, I would come back for bargain hunting but not for the shopping experience. Added a star for values.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Shelves and racks are sparsely stocked, I'm not sure if this is because of just opening weeks ago and not being stocked properly or because it was black Friday the day before our visit, possibly a combination of both. Found some of the type of items we wanted. Store was very full, parking was scarce. I ended up at the craft store after dropping my fellow shoppers. The front register personnel were all nice. The female that checked us out was understanding, polite and able to answer our questions. The manager on duty at the front was assisting the staff with all issues and instant credit apps. Good shop over all.

Clean the store, very well organized it. But just the cashiers need a little more attention with the clients or customers. Those too cold way or bad mood they show that girls.

In addition to not really being impressed (just like having a lower level tjmxx, Marshall's or Ross) I was frustrated when my daughter used her own money to pay for a snack and when she opened it she found it was all melted together. They would not return or exchange it because it was open. But she didn't know it needed returned until she opened it! What's the difference between returning this and a broken item. It's not like they would resell either. And the manager couldn't even say it directly to me. She good behind a partition and told the cashier no. I don't usually complain about things like this but it doesn't make any sense.
