Best internet service provider in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Poor experience with Phil. Only wanted to help me get a new line without helping me figure out the billing for 2 other accounts I have with them. He told me I have to call in and ask someone else about billing questions. Then he just gave me his tablet and asked me to enter all of my info in order to start my service. It's like going to a self-service store. If Xfinity is not going to help their customers walking inside their store, than why have a store open. Just put in a self serve machine with a warehouse worker in the back of the office bring out the modem/phone needed for the plan. ~PK
