Worst customer service over phone call.. Xfinity rewards is fake and just way to fraud customers.. It nevers allows to set up new service with refferal link. Just a way to cheat customers.. Executives on call are disastrous and no intention to help..

Poor experience with Phil. Only wanted to help me get a new line without helping me figure out the billing for 2 other accounts I have with them. He told me I have to call in and ask someone else about billing questions. Then he just gave me his tablet and asked me to enter all of my info in order to start my service. It's like going to a self-service store. If Xfinity is not going to help their customers walking inside their store, than why have a store open. Just put in a self serve machine with a warehouse worker in the back of the office bring out the modem/phone needed for the plan.

Purchased a camera last year with the understanding it had 24/7 recording. Was told and assured I did not have to pay more to actually have the 24/7 recording that also saves any action. Just got off the phone and turns out no it doesn't and I have to pay an additional $10 per month for it. The camera didn't even catch anyone popping my tires last night even with my car parked 5 feet away from it. Highly disappointed and livid I was lied to. I'm shelling out another $185 for new tires to be put on AGAIN after doing so 2 weeks ago. Would never recommend Xfinity and definitely do not recommend because their associates lie and decieve you about what it is you are buying. Edit: I'm finding this slightly funny but also mad about it. But I love how after complaining about their service and being lied to my phone service keeps getting shut off or on emergency calls only 🙃

Phone rep told me I had to return the modem to get my refund after the rep who canceled my service told me I didn’t need to return it. So I drove to the store only to have them tell me the modem needs to stay in the apartment. Yet one more reason why Xfinity is a terrible company to do business with. Run, do not walk, to anybody else from whom you can receive service.

Could not have had a better experience! Theresa greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped with setting up the new service for my new home. Even provided connectors for me to get my cable and internet up and running, free of charge! A very pleasant experience, thank you again Theresa!

I've been receiving emails from xfinity regarding my bill. Telling me I'm about to be disconnected. Go in the store, because I couldn't talk to a person. Was told that everything was good. Keep getting emails , told I'm good at the store. Got email today telling me I m disconnected as I've today. Went to store again, told this time they were billing a card I no longer have. I had changed the card with them.I hope it's settled as of now

Switched plans after 22 years with one carrier and purchased a $1000 new phone from this location recently. Came in the next day when I was experiencing problems with the phone and was greeted by "Phil" who demonstrated the WORST customer service skills I've seen in quite some time. He was quick to tell me what he would not do rather than go the extra mile for this VERY unhappy NEW customer. Although the manager stepped up to the plate to take care of me I hope I never have to see this guy again.

Staff here are knowledgeable, patient, and committed to resolving problems that Xfinity online and phone "support" agents don't seem to want to be bothered with. So glad to have these folks available when things go wrong!

Walked into the place was approached quickly and greeted, until I told him that I was confused to why my cell wasn’t on because I paid the wrong bill right! Well he came off like he knew he wasn’t going to get a sale or a new device connected he pushed me off quickly. Well then I ask if they sale iPhone watches? “He said yeah but I needed to change my address for some reason to sale me an iPhone watch so I bought one at target and didn’t need to change my address which I was confused!

Xfinity needs to hire agents who understand what to do and willing to work. I have visited this store 3 times to change my service address, remove the service that I have not ordered and used….the waiting time is too long even though the agents are doing nothing or talking each other. For my turn, agent keeps as each other how to do this , that… I feel that they do not know what to do and do not want to work instead of hanging around.
