These two guys here are absolutely wonderful! Rick got me in my storage even tho I was calling at the very last second of the day he saved my life saved all my stuff from getting thrown away by make sure I got the unit even after such a long day! Then while I have had the unit every time I come in it’s nothing but smiles and waves ! And now that I got an apartment they are making my move out so easy ! After a lot of kerfluffle with corporate with rescheduling/finding a truck, I didn’t have high hopes. However, the rep who helped me via phone today seriously helped remove so much stress. I wish I could remember her name, but she helped me around 9:30/10 AM today. She worked really hard to help me find something that worked for my move tomorrow. Seriously went above and beyond to be kind and compassionate, which is way more than I can say when talking with corporate customer service.
