After a lot of kerfluffle with corporate with rescheduling/finding a truck, I didn’t have high hopes. However, the rep who helped me via phone today seriously helped remove so much stress. I wish I could remember her name, but she helped me around 9:30/10 AM today. She worked really hard to help me find something that worked for my move tomorrow. Seriously went above and beyond to be kind and compassionate, which is way more than I can say when talking with corporate customer service. Thank you for helping me- it seriously means the world. ~Thomas

The female owner claimed her system was down and so I just called the toll-free number it’s easy to dispatch my own U-Haul to pick it up there. I was on the phone on hold with different representatives from U-Haul for almost 2 hours I finally left there had to run back to my hometown and get a U-Haul from there. It should’ve been the owner of this business to get a hold of U-Haul not mine. This business is very fly by night ~Elisheba
