The female owner claimed her system was down and so I just called the toll-free number it’s easy to dispatch my own U-Haul to pick it up there. I was on the phone on hold with different representatives from U-Haul for almost 2 hours I finally left there had to run back to my hometown and get a U-Haul from there. It should’ve been the owner of this business to get a hold of U-Haul not mine. This business is very fly by night

Very shady activity going on here. Didn't give us anything to sign picking up. Fraudulent extra charges. Thankfully my husband took pictures of everything and we'll be fighting those. Truck was in rough shape, not even half a tank of gas in it. Pool of water in the back. Called customer service multiple times at pick up for help on what to do. Unhelpful. Putting us behind two hours. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

Do not trust them! Take photos and demand a walk-thru! The staff was very courteous and accepted the keys from the 15' U-Haul I returned. I asked them if they needed to do a walk thru of the vehicle with me and informed them that I had just filled the tank above 1/4 per the contract the gentleman told me it was not required and that an invoice would be sent to me. This morning I received a bill for $45.30 for being below a quarter tank. A $30 fill-up service fee and $15.30 in fuel! When I called them they said they had nothing to do with it, but they are the ones that report the tank level to U-Haul main office. Shady! Renters beware!
