Bought a wood burning fireplace insert from them over 9 months ago. Every time I went into the store I was greeted, but not hovered over. They staff that I dealt with were competent and knew what they were selling. They were able to help me to figure out what I could and could not use. The product I bought was quality. No issues with inspection or installation. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. When I called with a question 4 months after purchase I received support. I would deal with them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family. ~seanmiked4

I needed to get a case of iron City beer. Well truthfully I didn't need to, but I think I like iron City beer better than the ones that they sell in Akron. The place is well stocked, courteous, held the beer for us so we were sure it wouldn't be sold, and they even carried it out to my car. Excellent store. ~Al

Love Monaca PA CVS!! Always greeted when entering, usually by name. The front CSR's are always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy team is exceptional!! Everyone goes above and beyond their call of duty to help each and every customer. They get to know you on a personal level. You're treated with respect and they actually care about you. They kind of become your 2nd family of sorts knowing your whole medical history. Highly recommend this CVS for all your needs!! If I could give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would !! ~Kim

Love visiting this store. Always something you can get a deal on. They literally have a little bit of everything. Inventory/product mix is not consistent which is how it’s supposed to be. Basically, if you find something you like buy multiple. Odds are it won’t be there next time. Store is sometimes a mess and not navigable. Probably not somewhere I’d visit if I used a wheelchair. 3 stars is really just reflecting cleanliness/organization/ADA standards. ~Michael

No public restrooms. I purchased my items and one didn't ring up. They didn't know the price and just made one up. I asked to use hand sanitizer. They didn't have any out for customer use, just told me that they have some for sale though. ~Nikki
