Love Monaca PA CVS!! Always greeted when entering, usually by name. The front CSR's are always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy team is exceptional!! Everyone goes above and beyond their call of duty to help each and every customer. They get to know you on a personal level. You're treated with respect and they actually care about you. They kind of become your 2nd family of sorts knowing your whole medical history. Highly recommend this CVS for all your needs!! If I could give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would !!

The pharmacy is the best I ever had. They don't judge you or talk about you to their coworkers and make you feel uncomfortable. Pharmacist Joe is the BEST!! he's very personable, which is what I look for in a pharmacist. He always says hi when I see him and stops to chat if he has time. They have AVON bodywash!

Slow service...stood at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, signed me up for automated reminder calls after I told them not to, and now that I finally got that to stop they are now calling me personally (non-automated) when I don't even have any prescriptions to be filled. I have never been as committed to anything as they are committed to getting me to refill prescriptions that I do not need. No other CVS location has ever caused me problems before. Stay away from the Monaca location unless you want to be harassed.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 years. They are all very very friendly and have helped me with questions about OTC drugs, as well as helped me find more affordable versions for some of my prescriptions. 5+ stars!

This CVS in Monaca is terrible. They could not find my prescription, Heritage Valley confirmed it was sent. I have had to listen to there stupid recordings on 4 different calls for over an hour because no one would pick up the phone.

Just moved to the area with a medically fragile baby girl. After contacting several local pharmacies about medications and with various questions, I found a few with rude staff who had no patience or time for me. The staff at CVS were incredibly kind and the pharmacist even took the time to fully explain dosage and address any questions about our babies medications. Fantastic customer service which is much appreciated. We certainly found the pharmacy for our family.

Mike The Pharmacy’s Technician Was Outstanding!! We’re visiting from Florida my Daughter has an infection in her lip an Florida’s insurance wouldn’t cover her prescription “which was highly expensive” he didn’t give up on us, he spent over 20 Minutes on the phone helping us! I want to Thank You So Much!
