I was in this location just an hour ago to buy weights/ workout equipment. After 15 minutes of rude and disruptive teenagers in the area I was shopping, I walked out. Teenagers were throwing things, speaking loudly and tackling a workout dummy. I was there to spend money while these teenagers were there not to spend money but rather be disruptive to customers, they succeeded! Workers allowed this to go on without speaking to the teenagers and asking them to leave. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation who than proceeded to tell me they are in the store often acting the same way. I suggest that the store employees have a meeting and discuss how to best handle non paying customers! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!

My husband purchased a Taylormade Simm 2 Max driver. We were helped by Dave the pro at the Beaver Valley Mall. He was awesome, very helpful with the simulator and very knowledgeable about the equipment. My hubby is hitting it great. Good results on the course!

If you're looking for shoes, ask for Tyrah. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Went to 3 other shoe stores prior and I wasn't even greeted.

HUGE shoutout and thank you to MOD Zack. His level of customer service went above and beyond today and I could not be more appreciative of his willingness to help with my purchase. Curb-side payment processing was down again (same thing happened last week, causing me to lose out on dumbbells). Finally received a notification the weights were back in stock at Beaver. Immediately went online to purchase curb-side pick-up and received the same error message. Not wanting to lose out on the weights again, I called the store, explained my situation to Zack. Without hesitation, he offered to come outside to collect payment and bring the items out to my vehicle. I could not be more grateful for his help today. He truly went above and beyond.

Honestly, I wish they sold higher quality ice hockey supplies. Employees always seem friendly. Hockey is one of the biggest sports in the area and there are few places you can get top of the line items. For being affiliated with the penguins, you would think they'd carry more hockey supplies.

Had to return a jersey gifted to us. They did not have the size we needed to exchange it for in the store. They refused to give cash back and made us take it on a gift card. Tried to order the correct size online and they don’t have it there either. Now I’m stuck with this gift card to a store I don’t like and no jersey. Their customer service call center was not helpful either.

Went in to purchase a new driver. The guy at the golf counter would not help. Said he was busy. Guess making a sale is not top priority. He was just leaning on the counter looking at a paper. Store was super dirty. Looks like they havent cleaned up in a long time. We will not be going back to this location.
