Best cell phone store in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Absolutely terrible!! Went in to get a promotional plan , the sales person and the manager signed us up for the wrong plan which later down the road took so much time to clear up with T-Mobile and we wound up paying more money and it took over a month to clear it up . phone calls letter and a credit collection agency. We were supposed to get $800 back for a phone , and the way the plan was written up we were not getting that money back and we were Playing for a plan that we did not sign up for. We had to go to a different store to get help. The manager insisted that we had to do it by phone and he could not refund or do anything to correct the problem. Buyer beware !!you have been warned. ~Joseph

Went in today because I had dropped my phone. I knew I needed a new one and I'm glad I went in. Samir was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and understandable. He wasn't pushy and chatted with me while he set up my new phone. The process takes awhile but we were so busy talking before I knew it, it was done. Thanks Samir for your help! ~Missy
