Absolutely terrible!! Went in to get a promotional plan , the sales person and the manager signed us up for the wrong plan which later down the road took so much time to clear up with T-Mobile and we wound up paying more money and it took over a month to clear it up . phone calls letter and a credit collection agency. We were supposed to get $800 back for a phone , and the way the plan was written up we were not getting that money back and we were Playing for a plan that we did not sign up for. We had to go to a different store to get help. The manager insisted that we had to do it by phone and he could not refund or do anything to correct the problem. Buyer beware !!you have been warned.

On 04/09/2022 went to T-Mobile Phoenixville Pa Shopping for new phone Tes Franco Robert were very knowledgeable helpful with the upgrade to the new Iphone pro max 13 Customer service was the best experience they were the best . Thank you 👍

I just visited this location after a T-Mobil agent told me they could repair my phone. Upon arrival both agents were sitting on the counters-neither addressed me or asked how they could help-after explaining what I needed repaired all they said was we don’t do that. Didn’t offer any other information-so I asked id they could check where I can go and to please call and make sure, I was given a sticky note with the information and told they are unable to call and verify. Upon leaving the store, I was told to never come back- By far the worst CS I’ve ever encountered!

Today we went to by a new phone,my son's phone was haveing some issues and he has wanted a new I phone 11* ..not much of a wait,greeted as we walked in and the place was well lit floors clean and looked well stocked. The help( Robert) was very knowledgeable and professional very helpful and pleasent. Over all the time spent here was very short and pleasent,I recommend this TMobile to anyone who would like to switch... T-Mobile of 390 schuylkil Rd I give you five stars,,, Danny

Avoid going to this store at all cost! The service is the worst since this store opened a few years ago. They either don’t train their staff properly (including managers) or hire the worst personnel. I gave this store a try multiple times within months apart and the staff treated us like they didn’t care and didn’t know anything about good customer service. They were rude every single time I visit the store and couldn’t resolve any of the issues I was having at the time. I live within 5 minutes from this store in Phoenixville and I rather go to Collegeville or somewhere else to get any issue resolved because it is pointless going to this store. It is very unfortunate. Once again, avoid this store and save yourself time and most importantly…an aggregation.

So this morning I ported a number over from AT&T was not unhappy but I saw the trade in Promotion TMobile was running $ 830 for an iPhone 8. I didn’t totally understand the promotion and went in to get a quote. Branden (new manager) helped me through the process. I asked a ton of questions and when I didn’t understand I just asked and he explained it in a way that really made sense. He walked me through the entire process. I walked out with an amazing deal. A complete understanding of the bill and what to expect and guess what it was actually the cost he said it would be. No smoke and mirrors. After the phone was set up he helped me wipe the old phone and packed it up to send back to TMobil. EVERYTHING was handled and I owe a huge amount of thanks to TMobils newest manager. Thanks!

The staff here was super helpful and quick to boot! I remember a few years back switching carriers and spending 3+ hours in the store. I was out in under 50 minutes (switching 3 lines!) Really appreciated the great service here and encourage you to choose them as your t- mobile store of choice (plus, seriously, it's time to get off those other carriers whose service is not worth 2-3x what you'll get from t- mobile). Love my free Netflix!
