Best beauty supply store in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Have had multiple problems with this store. Staff is rude and condescending. Manager has no control over staff. They treat you like they are doing you a favor to just do their job at minimal level required. Have left this location and moved to another. It's like night and day. Other location staff is cheerful, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I don't know what the problem at Ninth St is, but it reflects badly on CVS, corporate needs to know!!!! ~Kurt

I enjoyed every second of my appointment! I had Julie who was very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to! Hair color came out beautifully and I would definitely recommend her for anybody who is interested in getting their hair colored or even just cut! Thank you Julie! Today at 3.35pm I went to East Strausburg store and I never ever in my life was so disrespected like there. The girl with huge nails and long dark hair was so nasty, but so nasty with me . I was looking for help and she was treating me like S… answering my questions with a sarcastic face and laughing. I never was so disrespected like today in this Sally Beauty store in East Strousburg PA ,and I was ready to spend a good amount of money there. Sorry but I will never ever will be in this store again. I hope someone can tell this person or teach her how to work with whoever is paying for her salary. ~Anna
