Best car repair in Fort Mill, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Will not accommodate. Tried to make an appointment for DIAGNOSTICS of a check engine light and oil leak. They wouldn’t look at it unless I could drop it off all day. I was willing to leave it at noon but they said 5 hours would not be enough. I use my truck for work and can’t be without it all day. Typical of a business that thinks they are more important then the customer. I used Certified Auto repair in Indian Land instead. Those guys are awesome. Just an update here. I asked for a diagnosis of the issues. Obviously they won’t be able to fix it in five hours. Guess the person on the phone thinks he is so important that he won’t listen to the customer either. When I questioned him on the phone as to whether 5 hours to diagnose the issue is not enough time he replied no it’s not. His response to this review is proof of his unprofessional attitude towards customers. Good job guy. ~Chip

About 2 or so weeks ago, I brought my car for it's regular oil change and a diagnostic on a leak "somewhere" -- they found the leak and were very kind and patient with my crazy questions. The waiting area is great, with lots of USB ports for my crazy electronics. I was there quite a while, and it's a pleasant wait. Additionally ---- I work at a hotel near this AAA center. A guest asked me where she could take her car to be looked at. She had a noise she couldn't identify and it was worriesome to her since she of course is travelling. I recommended AAA to her, even though she is not a member. She went to them and received great treatment and was very pleased. Her car was diagnosed and she was on her way. She took the time to stop back by the hotel to let us know of her experience. I personally stopped by the Car Care Center today to thank them. Being in customer service, I truly know the value of a positive, complimentary review. So often we only get to hear the bad reviews. Thanks everyone. Keep up the great work.
