I tried to enter GDC at 5:53 when their website advertises they close at 6, for the purpose of doing a 5-minute look for a very specific piece of furniture. The doors were already locked, and three employees looked on without any attempt to unlock the doors. I planned my errands and apportioned my time around the advertised closing time; it is unprofessional for a business based in customer service to be so disrespectful of a customer’s time — especially at a price point such that part of what you are paying for is a level of customer service beyond the average retail store. ~L
