6 Best furniture store in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Not impressed with this location AT ALL. The lady I’ve been dealing with is rude and the bedroom set the sent me was not functional at all. It took them sending out people THREE times to “fix” the bed that was caving in and impossible to sleep in. The second time they send someone out, they sent a manager and he didn’t even fix it. Finally the third time someone was sent out they gave me the correct thing that I had initially asked for to begin with. I plan on paying this stuff off asap and never dealing with this location again. You need to work on customer service and addressing the issue someone brings up immediately, rather than trying to rig something to work when you were told time and time again it was not working. Also they added some insurance to my account that I didn’t ask for or approve, and when I asked it be removed- they never did it. I’m just over these people all together. ~Aly

This store is under remodeling and currently is a mess. Supplies are low and its not a pleasant shopping experience. That aside, on 2 separate occasions I have purchased items which were identified as buying 4 or more and getting a $5 Target gift card. On both occasions the cashier wasn’t aware of the incentive and I had to ask for the gift card. Also on both occasions the items purchased for the gift card promotion rang up differently at the register than the price posted at the item. The items in both instances were NOT on sale and they were NOT on clearance. The price tag was clearly marked and visible. In both cases it took quite some time for customer service to check the prices to verify only to acknowledge the price was in fact marked differently than it was ringing up. In both cases the employees seemed bothered and inconvenienced for doing their jobs. This isn’t and shouldn’t be my problem but each time its been made to be my problem. ***Check you receipt and review what you are charged!*** ~Jill

We used this fine business to do our closets and pantry in our new home. From sales to design and then installation, everything was top notch. The workmanship of the product as well as the quality of the installation were just excellent. Been a long time since I have seen such an attention to detail especially from our Install crew ! Tammy was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very patient too! If she wore a step counter, she probably logged 10K steps just in taking me from bed to bed as I tried to narrow down my purchase to the best mattress for me. I’ve always trusted Rooms To Go from purchase to delivery, to follow up if any issues; of which there was only, previously, one minor one which they took care of promptly. I expect this delivery and set up will be just as professional and timely as in the past. Love the financing too, it makes having a beautiful home affordable. ~Julie

They have some really great, quality furniture here! Fell in love with a few things but ultimately ordered a cool looking table for our beach home. The husband & wife team owning/ running the store were sideways friendly & helpful both times we stopped in. We'd certainly buy from them again! ~Ronn

I love Ethan Allen products because of their quality. I have pieces that I've had for a long time and they are still comfortable and look great. Ethan Allen is always my first choice when I need to purchase furnishings for my home.
