Very Rude. I arrived 45 min prior to closing and was not even greeted - just rudely told that they had already taken there last customer. A hello would have at least been nice. ~Glenna

A big thanks to KALEIGH L on this wonderful Saturday!! She was very helpful and wasn’t quick to reference me to the 611 line like every other AT&T store does. I’ve been trying to switch to FirstNet for the past two months and the store in Pawleys/Murrells Inlet made it seem as if it was nothing they could handle in store. Well, today after 20 minutes KALEIGH L was able to assist me & switched me over without any issues or problems. Thank you so much again! If I need anything handled, I will be sure to drive an extra 20 minutes to make sure my issue is handled properly. Great customer service and didn’t made it seemed as if we were bothering her! Thanks again! Highly recommend using KALEIGH L for any problems. ~Alaina

Not impressed with this location AT ALL. The lady I’ve been dealing with is rude and the bedroom set the sent me was not functional at all. It took them sending out people THREE times to “fix” the bed that was caving in and impossible to sleep in. The second time they send someone out, they sent a manager and he didn’t even fix it. Finally the third time someone was sent out they gave me the correct thing that I had initially asked for to begin with. I plan on paying this stuff off asap and never dealing with this location again. You need to work on customer service and addressing the issue someone brings up immediately, rather than trying to rig something to work when you were told time and time again it was not working. Also they added some insurance to my account that I didn’t ask for or approve, and when I asked it be removed- they never did it. I’m just over these people all together. ~Aly

OH wow 4 Stars? Should be 1 with the manager in charge here! Dues got big managers ego and lets it get to him bad. He Giving me inaccurate information on water resistant phones. I called him out on him being wrong and he rage quit and denied me service and told me to leave the store. Very unprofessional. Hope he looses his job he doesn't deserve very soon. I'll never come back to this crumby tmobile store. I'll be sure to tell others to avoid. ~Dy

Reminiscent of the old time grocery stores that were around when I was growing up. Nice country style store with decent selection of everything. Employees are helpful. They also have a nice selection of "pig merch" We're from MD, so it was a pleasure be able to shop here while visiting Myrtle Beach. ~Janell

My son had to stop and check it out. Great stop. They had a great selection. We really wanted to check out the candy and drinks. They had exactly what we wanted. We bought some extras munchies for later. I've never had fish jerky and I'm a fan. Thank you. ~#1

Took my 13-year-old son into the salon to get a haircut. I specifically asked that she keep his curl and at least an inch and a half on his head. She basically did not listen to me cut his hair all the way down to a half an inch and it’s very uneven all over the place. I don’t believe this one it should be a hairdresser. The sad thing is is I will not go back to JCPenney salons in the future. If I hadn’t have said exactly what I was looking for I would not have a problem with this. My problem is she disregarded every single thing I asked her to do. ~A

I'm a long time fan of Popeyes,but what I just got was not even eatable. Everything was wrong. OLD OLD OLD food, no sauces, not 1 single item in my order was correct. I tossed what was sent into the trash. I'm seriously disgusted. After reading other reviews I'm left wondering why the employees here clearly want corporate to close this location down? 🤷 ~C

I'm visiting Myrtle Beach and went to this location around 3 am because the site says its open. It was not. Please change your hours because it's misleading. I'm sure people don't like to waste their time. ~V
