A big thanks to KALEIGH L on this wonderful Saturday!! She was very helpful and wasn’t quick to reference me to the 611 line like every other AT&T store does. I’ve been trying to switch to FirstNet for the past two months and the store in Pawleys/Murrells Inlet made it seem as if it was nothing they could handle in store. Well, today after 20 minutes KALEIGH L was able to assist me & switched me over without any issues or problems. Thank you so much again! If I need anything handled, I will be sure to drive an extra 20 minutes to make sure my issue is handled properly. Great customer service and didn’t made it seemed as if we were bothering her! Thanks again! Highly recommend using KALEIGH L for any problems.

Tee did not set up my plan properly. As a result of this error, I was overcharged $80! To make matters worse, I spent over 3 HOURS in a different AT&T store trying to get this issue resolved - which is STILL not resolved. I have NOT been refunded the amount owed to me by AT&T for his error. I do NOT recommend this store, and at this point, I do not even recommend AT&T. Do not go to this store if you want accurate service. AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CREDIT OR HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE REGARDING THIS!

My sisters and I came in there about a month ago and switched our services. Matt took care of us that day. He was beyond professional and helped us with all of our needs. He was very attentive, I know my sisters and I are a little overwhelming but he was able to keep up with all of us in a very professional manner. The lady that was working with him that night, also was very nice and welcoming. We were extremely pleased with Matt’s interaction and the experience all together! Thank you Matt for your incredible job!

Visited store this morning. Matt was so helpful. Solved my problems with iPhone He was so professional and knowledgeable. While I was there I witnessed a customer being very rude to Matt as he was trying to give him help. The customer became very upset. Matt did his best but I guess the customer was having bad day. Matthew B is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He made my trip to the store today enjoyable and pain free. He checked my plan to make sure I had the best for me at the best price and worked really hard to transfer my info to a new phone. He’s a definite asset to AT&T. Thanks Matthew!

Inadequate service. Manager unable to complete transaction effectively. Was not treated professionally. Had to accept a low quality phone because he was unable to complete a transaction and could not figure out why. This phone is not what he offered before he ported and shut down my other service. At that time, I was then unable to look for other options elsewhere. Very disappointed with the service and equipment.

My boyfriend and I walked into the store to get a quote on possibly getting new phones and switching from AT&T prepaid to a contract. We weren’t expecting to get such great service and by the time we went to leave, we had two brand new iPhone XS Max with a great plan (buy one get one free phones, people!!!!). Steven Owens at the 2586 Myrtle Beach store was the greatest and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of and we both are beyond happy about our experience, our plan, and our new phones. Thank you Steve for the great customer service, experience at the store, and saving us a ton of money with AT&T buy one get one promo!

I have been an ATT cellular customer for many years and my visit to this store and experience with David being my best yet. David was incredibly helpful and did not quit until his task was finished. David is definitely an asset to the ATT organization.

We were their for an upgrade , and were.waited on , within 5 to 10 mins , the rep , explained the whole procedure to us , transfered all my pics , and help me make.adjustments to my account, to insure all my phones , great place i will be returning in november when my other family members are ready for upgrades .
