OH wow 4 Stars? Should be 1 with the manager in charge here! Dues got big managers ego and lets it get to him bad. He Giving me inaccurate information on water resistant phones. I called him out on him being wrong and he rage quit and denied me service and told me to leave the store. Very unprofessional. Hope he looses his job he doesn't deserve very soon. I'll never come back to this crumby tmobile store. I'll be sure to tell others to avoid.

Customer service is horrendous in this location!!... I went in looking to change carriers and get a plan that was advertised with the mobile. I started the with one salesman, when I was rudely interrupted by another,because I expressed that I didn't want insurance on my new phone... My preference, but he proceeded to say that I Will hear him out !.. So I decided to decline the sale,he than informed me that he was completely fine with not taking my business and seeking another location!.. Bad business ethics... He should have been fired on the spot.. I wouldn't recommend that location to conduct business.

I would give zero stars if I had option. T mobile sells one plan and you end up with more expensive plan. They refuse to correct the situation saying I was just given misinformation. Run, don’t walk out of this fraudulent manner of doing business.

Switched to T-mobile to lower my phone plan costs. They claim nationwide 5G coverage. Let tell you, their data is sooo slow. I waould say it’s slower the Verizon’s 3G.

The lady who helped me, I assume was a manager, was excellent I believe her last name was Snyder she couldn’t have been more helpful or more pleasant highly recommend the store, it is a corporate store not a private store, and they are much more knowledgeable and easier to deal with.

After 8 hours over 2 days trying to activate SIM on newly purchased Pixel 6 online rep finally told me to visit a local store. Of course, it was Sunday and closest store was closed. I called a T Mobile store a few miles away that was open and the rest was history. A very nice woman who may have been the Manager installed a new SIM in my phone and I was on my way. Friendly and professional service. You can't beat that.

Janice and Denzel did a great job porting our service from Consumer Cellular to T-Mobile. We had only joined CC 10 days ago and in all that time CC could not get our account straight and both phones working properly. In less than 2 hours Janice and Denzel had us up and running with T-Mobile. We kept our phones and phone numbers and, in the last hour alone, have enjoyed better cell service than we've had in the past 10 yrs with other carriers. THANK YOU for your great customer service. Happy to recommend T-Mobile to everyone contemplating a carrier change.

Staff was wonderful, I can't say enough good things about Denzel and Tyler. Both were very good with customer service and both were very personable people. Highly recommend overall! I was checked in as soon as I walked in. The only issue I will complain about is the staffing, 3 people running that type of store is crazy with how busy it gets in Myrtle Beach but the staff handled it so well! They were fantastic

I just want to take a moment to recognize the T-Mobile store at Sayebrook Parkway. I have been a T-Mobile customer for three years now and each time I have come to this store I am greeted professionally, and pleasantly. The nature of the cell phone business dictates that there will sometimes be extremely busy times where a customer may have a long wait time as other customers are being waited on, however one of the great qualities of these folks is that they acknowledge you and treat your time as valuable. Especially Tonya, who I have worked with several times over the last few years. She always takes the necessary time to address my questions or issues.... No matter how long of a process it may be. She has never rushed us or expressed frustration, just a positive "can-do" attitude. Tonya has gone above and beyond several times for my kids and I by working with us even on her day off. So, Thanks Tonya and T-Mobile for always taking great care of us!!
