Tom and James provided a great and friendly atmosphere while we waited on the line for 1 hour with customer service. Tom went out of his way and stayed overtime to ensure we were set up with everything we needed out the door. Best AT&T experience I’ve had so far.

Came to get our phone fixed after the screen quit working. We was greeted by Christian, she was phenomenal and very helpful. Unfortunately with Apple, you're not able to get a phone replaced in the AT&T store but Christian made it her mission to get us the help we needed. She made calls with local stores like Best Buy and reached out to Apple customer care. While we were waiting for the Apple customer representative, Christian took the initiative to book a warranty appointment with a local store where there was open availability. Christian was a lifesaver and we left the AT&T store with good faith.

I originally went to the corporate store at 1845 Pine Island Road , however the manager Cory L was unprofessional and would not resolve my needs. So I went to the Authorized dealer at 107 Debo Drive, where the manager Zach and his staff were attentive to my needs and extremely helpful in handling all my needs. I will never return to that corporate store on 1845 Pine Island Road again! The corporate store seems to be improperly trained, non professional and high turnover rates. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years Thanks to a job well done by Zach and his staff I will remain a customer !

I didn't have good experience. I went to the store for a new phone chip which their customer service told me to do. I was in the store for well over an hour listening to the store representative navigate the automated system with no success. So in order to leave that store I ended up paying $90 something bucks for a new account because they weren't able reestablish my old account.
