Very Rude. I arrived 45 min prior to closing and was not even greeted - just rudely told that they had already taken there last customer. A hello would have at least been nice. ~Glenna

A big thanks to KALEIGH L on this wonderful Saturday!! She was very helpful and wasn’t quick to reference me to the 611 line like every other AT&T store does. I’ve been trying to switch to FirstNet for the past two months and the store in Pawleys/Murrells Inlet made it seem as if it was nothing they could handle in store. Well, today after 20 minutes KALEIGH L was able to assist me & switched me over without any issues or problems. Thank you so much again! If I need anything handled, I will be sure to drive an extra 20 minutes to make sure my issue is handled properly. Great customer service and didn’t made it seemed as if we were bothering her! Came to get our phone fixed after the screen quit working. We was greeted by Christian, she was phenomenal and very helpful. Unfortunately with Apple, you're not able to get a phone replaced in the AT&T store but Christian made it her mission to get us the help we needed. She made calls with local stores like Best Buy and reached out to Apple customer care. While we were waiting for the Apple customer representative, Christian took the initiative to book a warranty appointment with a local store where there was open availability. Christian was a lifesaver and we left the AT&T store with good faith. ~X
