Jane Machado was wonderful!!! When my husband first went in there she had only been there a few months. She's a new Myrtle Beach plant like us. She was polite, cheerful and not pushy! She genuinely cares about your wants and needs. The quality of the furniture is very nice and even though they charge per piece to assemble/install, it's still cheaper that most of the other stores. Our kitchen nook piece is solid and great quality. We highly recommend going to Jane if you are going to shop there! Alexandra & Ryan

She was instrumental in the purchase of all the furniture that we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously. I would say our experience was excellent. Nice big open showroom. Plenty of options to look at and beautiful in-style furniture. Fair prices, look for those holiday sales or bundle. They have a lot of sales reps available. We worked with Susan Kain-Jurgensen. She has a wonderful personality very easy to talk to. She gives you all the space you need to look around the showroom without following you around if that’s what you like or she’ll walk with you answer all your questions and offer suggestions. She gave us her contact information so that she could keep in touch about our furniture delivery in case there’s a chance it can come in sooner. Very easy to work with and find what we need.

Roger was phenomenal. So friendly and got straight to the point. He didn’t try to over sell me on furniture I didn’t want . He was helpful when I told him exactly what I was looking for. Roger also got us financed in about 3 minutes. ZERO interest was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for great quality furniture at a great price then shop at rooms to go ask for Roger at their myrtle beach store , He will get you what you need.

Susan greeted us upon arrival and was awesome to work with. I'm not one that likes to work with a consultant immediately but she was welcoming and not overwhelming with wanting to help. Susan listened to our needs and budget and immediately knew what to show us. During the shopping process, Susan was amazing! She never tried to go above our budget or try to push us into a sale. Everything about the purchase, delivery and financing was thoroughly explained. We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs!

Tammy was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very patient too! If she wore a step counter, she probably logged 10K steps just in taking me from bed to bed as I tried to narrow down my purchase to the best mattress for me. I’ve always trusted Rooms To Go from purchase to delivery, to follow up if any issues; of which there was only, previously, one minor one which they took care of promptly. I expect this delivery and set up will be just as professional and timely as in the past. Love the financing too, it makes having a beautiful home affordable.

Walked in needing immediate help, had very little time to buy my elderly mother a recliner to be sent to her nursing home. Didn't need the run around or talked into buying anything else just show me the recliners and let me walk out the door with a sale. Great patient salesman named Frederick. Answered all my questions, told me that I didn't need the most expensive model for what I was explaining the needs would be. Showed me how everything worked was helpful in getting it delivered to a nursing home instead of a residence. I highly recommend going to this gentleman for your furniture needs.

Once we chose the mattress we moved on to twins beds which he doesn’t have in the showroom but he showed me what he could on the iPad as well as the very large touch screen at the front of the store where I could look at the details of the headrest. While I searched he added the necessary items for my purchase (mattress pad/box spring) and discussed the how much I wanted to spend total. He was also very honest about delayed shipping, prices and quality of the beds and he helped me reach a great decision as well as save me some money on delivery. It was a fast and very pleasant experience. I will be back for another mattress and will be purchasing it from Rodger. Thank you for being so kind and genuine!
