STOLE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT. I rented my vehicle back in September and ALL fees were taken out at that time. (Gas Fee) however, here it is in DECEMBER I see a $51.90 charge debited from my bank account. I tried to call the Germantown location as well as the administration office and kept getting the run around!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s G.H.E.T.T.O , EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,and you’ll need your WHOLE LIFE HISTORY to rent a RAGGEDY outdated car from them . NEVER AGAIN will I use these hustlers. ~Diamonds
