Sign on door said 11.99 bundle ask for help they said didn't have a bowl for 1 tint bowl found 1ask the young lady why I was checking out if it was the right 1she then ask the nice guy that was working he said they were out ,in return he said we can do a price adjustment for her to get the bundle the young cashier said no!!!!! Well guess what I'll drive to Johnson city before I give Kingsport a dollar of my money they was rude of her it was maybe a couple of dollars at least , I hope she never get a discount on anything that was the first time I've ever been done that way that little girl wasn't losing any money . It’s really disappointing to go into a store where most of the workers think they are better than you, because they work with makeup, etc all day. I can count on my fingers the amount of times, I’ve actually felt welcome when coming into that store. Not to mention they ask you at least 5 times, if not more “can I help you find anything?” It’s completely unnecessary. Do better Ulta, because I love that store and would love to be able to come in there and shop more than what I do! ~anna
