Unbelievably rude pharmacy staff working there. Pharmacist are nice but people who are waiting on customers need serious help with their attitudes. Cancelled my orders and switched to Walgreens. Will never go back again.

I went here to get a prescription filled for my dog. I usually get it at another pharmacy, so I was price shopping other options (she's uninsured) The price was satisfactory so I gave them the go ahead to fill the prescription. Then the lady says "it'll be at least 3 hours" 3 hours?? Seriously? I explained that I live in blountville (a good 30 min away) and asked if they could PLEASE fill it any faster because I couldn't go home and drive all the way back. I was greeted with excuses. I politely asked for my prescription back and said I'd gladly pay a little more for better service. So now I'm waiting across the street at a locally owned pharmacy where they actually appreciate their customers. UPDATE- They had me filled and out the door in 19 minutes. I've learned my lesson and in the future I'll gladly pay more to keep my money in the local economy.

A middle age lady who works with customers and drive through is not willing to answer a question or give you help to check on prescriptions. I would recommend that they replace her. Everyone else are great to help you. But one can hurt an organization

I love shopping @ Colonial Heights CVS. Fast & friendly associates. Familiar with dealing casual couponers like myself. The deals are ALWAYS 99.99% ACURRATE. Thank you!

The employees are amazing! Without them, I would give the store a 2. They are terribly overworked and understaffed. If using the drive-thru, fill up your gas tank first and bring a snack.

Went in specifically to use the ATM, which apparently could not dispense cash. Asked the cashier if I could make a purchase and get cash back and she rudely responded "No, because I don't have it" and directed me to the broken ATM. Did not even attempt to maybe ask her manager for more cash in her drawer Will not be taking my business there again simply because of her response.

Susan Miller at the Fort Henry CVS went above and beyond with her customer service! When my lost car keys got turned into her store (they had my CVS card on the key chain), she went completely out of her way to make sure they were returned to me. I so appreciate everything she has done - good to know there are such caring people on the CVS team.
