Best latin american restaurant in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

Had lunch at this small restaurant (behind the Chevron gas station) for some authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was delicious and far exceeded our expectations! All of the meats (Carnitas, Barbacoa, Pastor and shredded chicken in the Chile Rellenos) were well cooked, soft & full of flavor. Our servers were happy to serve us and made our experience of their restaurant a memorable one! Had a warm crispy churro for dessert. Will have to go back for more 😊 And we did go back for more! This time we had some horchata and tried the Entomatadas plate, Pollo a la mexicana plate and the chimichanga plate. Everything was sooo good!!! 😋 ~Sonia
