Best car repair in Dallas, Texas (TX) 2024

My sister recommended this place to me because she took a car here and they told her that she didn’t need nearly as much work done as the last mechanic she visited quoted her. I’m always worried about getting ripped off, so I came here, because my sister said they were honest. I had AAA tow my car in because it wouldn’t start and twice the driver was unable to jump it. I left my car with Ross & Greenville on a busy Friday afternoon, and within two hours they called me to tell me that they were able to jump it after all and that I could come pick it up. I was super happy because I assumed the the starter or spark plug needed replacing. When I got there and took my card out to pay, Jacob or Jason at the counter told me there was no fee because all they did was charge my battery. I was shocked, my car was there taking up space and time for over 2 hours on a busy day. But he insisted. So, its very safe to say that I will be returning to this shop for ALL of my automotive needs for as long as I’m in Dallas. They’re friendly, fast, and most importantly, they’re incredibly honest.
