This review is long overdue. I trained at DSC and privately with Chris Riley (the owner) several years ago. He's extremely knowledgeable about lifting form and programming. Chris got me, in my late 30s-early 40s, the strongest I've ever been in my life. I wasn't able to continue training at DSC because of other commitments but I highly recommend it. ~Dan

Be aware of ongoing locker room situation. Pictures of three lockers today. Today someone removed my lock, searched through my bag, and then locked my locker with a new lock (insane). The front desk guy had to come and cut the lock. When I asked him how often they have to do this, he said “every two days or so. It’s a constant issue people breaking lockers at this location”. The locker behind mine had also the lock removed by someone. Obviously, management doesn’t care about it. ~Marcos
