Been going here for a little over a year now. Gym is decently sized and offers plenty of equipment to get a work out in although the gym has typical peek hours around 5 when everyone gets off work. I've also been doing their personal training for the past year with Alex which has been awesome! Alex is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He also switches up the workout routine throughout the year to keep things more engaging. Personal training can get expensive but the sales team here was very accommodating pricing wise in finding a plan that works best for me.

I will never understand how this is a signature club. There are never towels ready, lockers are broken, machines literally are written on with marker "BROKEN" instead of a more professional LA Fitness sign hanging on it. The front desk crew is not very welcoming, especially in the mornings. And can we address why the protein drink, drink cooler is not stocked, like, ever? I get that you have the store inside, but this dude is NEVER open on time, or stays open until he should. The last 3 days, the sign says 7am, and we have been there till 8-8:30 with no sign of life. Two Sundays ago, he closed down 20 minutes early. This things make a big difference for those of us hoping to get a snack, or protein drink on our way to work. For the price you are charging of a signature club, we are getting the same treatment of the regular gym. So step it up, or actually act like a signature gym.

The whole staff from the managers, personal trainers, concierge personnel, all the way to the sanitation staff in this location are very professional, reliable and respectful. The location is always clean and sanitized. I am very happy that Terence the Personal Training Director motivated me to be healthy in mind, body and soul by starting Personal Training with Nick. Nick has also motivated me and always stayed positive in everything I do during my work out sessions. I have never been to such an establishment with an excellent staff who are very caring and building professional relationship with their clients. I feel I am home in this facility and always looking forward to attend my work out sessions.

Used to be a great gym 3 + years ago. It's not sanitary, it's run down, over crowded. They always clean the stationary bike room during high crowd times after work, why?? The employees are lounging around, not professional, and not personable. The crowd it attracts is suspect as well.

We were on the hunt for a new gym and thought the Signature Club would be great. We signed up for guest passes, got the guest passes with instructions to take it into the gym and get shown around. Got to the club and told the young guy at the front that we have guest passes and he asked if they are activated. I told him no and he asked if we have an appointment with a sales rep and I said no. So we went to sit at a desk that had fast food trash on it and got asked the same questions again. We were told we have to have an appointment to activate the guest pass (not included on the guest pass instructions). So I asked if we can make an appointment now considering that we're here. We were told no and then homeboy sitting behind another desk checking his phone explained that the Signature Club is "different" and they can only do so many a day. I mean they're just sitting there and showed us how little they care about getting our business. They couldn't have cared less to show us around, chat a little about benefits, etc. They really wanted us gone so we went and definitely won't be attending any LA Fitness from now on. Just know this Club is "different" and pretentious for how bad it smelled in there. I hope the manager, Ryan, does a little better training his employees to be motivated at a place where people are supposed to be motivated to work out. Stick to what you're doing and don't waste your time or money here.

I moved to Dallas over a year ago and I was struggling finding a gym. When I visited LA I appreciated every aspect, starting with the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the gym, and the convenience of its location. Terence is my absolute favorite manager at the gym. He always greets me and makes sure I’m doing good. I signed up for personal training, and I truly feel that he has become a great friend of mine and he isn’t even my trainer!!! Biggest heart, hardest worker, most dedicated, and a personality out of this world! Makes me happy every time I come in and see him doing his job!!

Inattentive management. Kids club never open but steadily getting charged for it. Ask the manager and he says, “well the Greenville location” like I didn’t choose this location because of the convenience. He might be on shrooms. Horrible basketballs in the court. Locker rooms broken into. Location is a good environment but could use better management. That’s all it’s missing.

Be aware of ongoing locker room situation. Pictures of three lockers today. Today someone removed my lock, searched through my bag, and then locked my locker with a new lock (insane). The front desk guy had to come and cut the lock. When I asked him how often they have to do this, he said “every two days or so. It’s a constant issue people breaking lockers at this location”. The locker behind mine had also the lock removed by someone. Obviously, management doesn’t care about it.

Update: I'm pretty sure the cycle studio doesn't have A/C. The first few times I went and it was brutally hot I thought it was a fluke. But it's happened for the past few weeks in a row now and it's insane. Many people have left the class in the middle because they get too dizzy. People are cramping up. slipping from all the sweat, and its all around gross and uncomfortable. No fans either. Once you walk into the 100* outside temps it feels like an oasis compared to this place. Not okay. Please please fix your AC for the group classes. It's Dallas and it's a gym. AC is 100% necessary. I'm a new member here and so far its delivered as expected. We didn't want to pay $100/mo for a gym and had reasonable expectations. Sure it gets busy at peak times, not all the equipment is stellar, but day to day, its fine. The free towel thing... when we signed up, that literally was part of the reason - it stood out as being a really nice perk. I hate going to a cycle class or swimming laps and leaving with a sweaty/wet towel. When we joined we were told it was part of our Signature Club membership. Turns out, that's not true. I felt like they tricked me... so I honestly just calmly called their Operations Manager and he listed to me, and for my situation, he was able to resolve the problem. I can't tell what is in their power versus "corporate" but like a lot of things, if you talk to the right person and be respectful, it works out.

Good: They have free towels- this is honestly the only reason I come here. Otherwise, it’s just an old busy gym. Nice showers, decent upkeep of cleanliness in the locker rooms. Friendly staff, management is annoying because they follow the smallest rules. Bad: Because of the location, it is a very busy gym, especially at peak times Older gym, equipment is older and the place just smells like dirty gym. The only free workout area is the personal trainer area. They’re very strict about not letting anyone work out there- even though it’s always empty.
