Best hat shop in Dallas, Texas (TX) 2024

I went in to get 2 hats custom stitch. The associate Church Man wrote up my order he was awesome. He told me to come back in hour. Went and walked around returned in an hour. Another associate gave me my order one of the hats was not correct. I told him it was incorrect we looked at the ticket and he stitched it wrong. He said it looks good and I said this isn't what I wanted. I asked him if he he could redo the hat. He said come back tomorrow. I asked for a refund and left. He lost a customer. Came to Lids in Firewheel and the associate Ivan was professional and took care of me. Poor Service at North Park ~Angie
