Best optometrist in Dallas, Texas (TX) 2025

Absolute trash service here. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not come here or bother to make an appointment. The girl I spoke to over the phone was completely rude when I asked why my appointment was cancelled the very last minute. She said they called to confirm and because I didn’t answer right away they cancelled me even though I called back MULTIPLE times right away with no answer. My appointment was going to be within 45 minutes! I understand if you have to confirm the day before but why would you call to confirm literally last minute? Then the girl just hung up on me instead of trying to work something out! They don’t ever answer their phone and when they do they are very unhelpful. Don’t bother making an appointment here unless you want it cancelled last minute. ~Leslie
