Absolute trash service here. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not come here or bother to make an appointment. The girl I spoke to over the phone was completely rude when I asked why my appointment was cancelled the very last minute. She said they called to confirm and because I didn’t answer right away they cancelled me even though I called back MULTIPLE times right away with no answer. My appointment was going to be within 45 minutes! I understand if you have to confirm the day before but why would you call to confirm literally last minute? Then the girl just hung up on me instead of trying to work something out! They don’t ever answer their phone and when they do they are very unhelpful. Don’t bother making an appointment here unless you want it cancelled last minute.

The day I picked up my glasses, the young man was in a bad mood. The optical techs had quit, and he was short staffed. American Best on South Buckner Dallas Texas do not have roomy frames which limit the choices. I went to another optical shop for my second pair and requested American Best (AB) to fax the script. They promised that they would. After 2 days of requesting with 4 phone calls no results. Priscilla told me she was too busy to fax my script. I called the headquarters of AB, they were civil and promised to check into the matter. The next day I received a call from AB's customer service who stated the glasses script would be faxed in 10 minutes. The next day, to my dismay, the script was not faxed. I will go and pick up my script, but will NEVER purchase another pair of glasses from American Best (AB) nor visit any of their locations again!!!

Horrible place not only are they extremely slow and rude, I walked back to the restroom and saw the manager Daniel making out with one of his workers while on the clock, and when he was needed him and that same co worker where locked in an office the whole hour I was there. Unacceptable how a company can allow this sort of thing to happen.

Never will I ever go back Poor quality glasses break to easy Manufacture Issue with the screw part and they tell me the insurance that I paid of 25$ is good for 1 time in a year, when I was told that I can go back if it happens again BECAUSE it’s a manufacturer issue… I should have known better to go somewhere else 😒 so disappointed

Best service as always and as I told the doctor....only eye doctor I'm going to. Also Jabarri went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses as well as safety glasses for my job

The staff were patient and excellent! They do need a better selection on their 2/$79 glasses, because there's a thin selection.

Absolute bottom of the barrel, just what you have to have eye. Poor customer service. Unable to directly answer questions. Liberal office more concerned with chin diaper covid policies and pushing their Pride narrative than being a good, clean, caring medical facility. We will Not be back.

Seeing the Doctor again was a pleasant experience but Daniel was the best part of my visit. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
