That’s fine, but the only solution was “call and see if he’s here.” The posted mission statement over the counter says “To offer exceptional value and customer service;” however, I have received neither. The staff is polite- no problems there, but the return policy is antithetical to its mission. I would really like to shop here vs big stores but this is too much. I’ll take my business elsewhere. ~kh
