No cash returns (store credit only), so even when brand new products are defective, you only receive store credit, so you can purchase more defective or damaged products. The staff told me I could speak with the district manager but that I couldn’t obtain his phone number. That’s fine, but the only solution was “call and see if he’s here.” The posted mission statement over the counter says “To offer exceptional value and customer service;” however, I have received neither. The staff is polite- no problems there, but the return policy is antithetical to its mission. I would really like to shop here vs big stores but this is too much. I’ll take my business elsewhere. ~kh
