Best post office in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

me and my family have been going here for years and never had a problem. I sell merchandise online and ship through here and they always get my packages sent out quickly and safely. couldn't be happier ! ~Grace

The staff is so professional it actually puts the USPS to shame. They offer so many services, they actually save me lots of time. Customer service is fast, friendly and great! The words "personalized attention" comes to mind. I love this place and I am one happy customer. ~Dianaiak

This place is a little difficult to find if you don't know where you're going. It definitely does exist though. After entering the building from McKinney and Fannin at street level, take two escalator bays up and then keep walking straight back as if you're going to walk to the outdoor terrace. Take a right just before the terrace and you'll spot the post office. The hours listed on Google are a little off. It's open 10am to 12:45pm and then again from 2:15pm to 4:00pm. I guess Google can't post business hours in 15 minute increments? The staff has always been very friendly each time I've dropped by and will suggest the most cost effective method of getting my items from point A to point B. ~Joanna
